Available Programs

Longevity Arts Program

Return to the natural way with our introductory 10-lesson program. We use traditional movements and breathing postures to improve joint health, balance, and coordination. Prepare the body for the First Sitting meditation primer. Semi-private, small group format with our instructors.

Combative Arts Program

Awaken the martial spirit with our introductory 10-lesson self-defense program designed for martial arts newcomers. We create a challenging but supportive environment where students learn practical skills, build confidence, and develop the mindset for handling threatening situations. Semi-private, small group format with our instructors.
