Step 3: Stretch.
Dissolve stress and strengthen tendons with isometric stretching postures.

Longevity Arts Program

Return to the natural way with our 10-lesson longevity program. We use traditional movements and breathing postures to improve joint health, balance, and coordination. Prepare the body for Sitting 1 meditation. Semi-private format with our instructors.
Combative Arts Program

Awaken the martial spirit with our 10-lesson self-defense program is designed for everyday people. We create a challenging but supportive environment where students learn practical skills, build confidence, and develop the mindset to handle threatening situations.
